There is something to be said about history repeating itself but that doesn’t mean you are doomed to live a life you don’t want. Information being so available online in today’s world which means the universe is your oyster. But once you master yourself you get a Download from the universe and it changes everything. Mastering yourself is like having an orgasm in your brain. Read on to see how I mean.
I heard a story back in 2012 about how the Earth was moving dimensions but everything seemed to stay so much the same unless you were one of those sensitive people. Now in 2020 I’d say everyone can feel a shift in the World. Drastic changes in the Economy, the Planet’s health, politics, the Weather around the world, a pandemic are only a few major shifts going on. If you can’t feel the shift in the World today than you have more self work to do then I can imagine. Now is a great time to start.
Not everyone is seeing these changes as a bad thing. There are many of us out there that have been learning to Master Ourselves and this opens up a whole new world. The inner self is something that society has seemed to step away from. Social media and keeping up with the Jones’ seems to have shifted priorities away from who we really are. Many of us struggle in life and can’t figure out why. Looking within you can find all the answers. Finding a community that can support your journey can be a challenge you do not have to do alone.
I’m of the belief that mastering ourselves can change the world. Love, I have seen others be able to open their hearts up to love and it changes how they perceive things. It’s a personal journey for everyone. Embracing where you are at NOW is a great place to start. There has never been a better time to know you want to live the life you dream of because the planet has shifted into a dimension where manifestation has been put into hyper drive. Good things will come to you as quickly as the bad things will come to you.

Starting Now, from where you are, let’s understand first that the body doesn’t know the difference between the past, present and the future. Also for most of us our bodies are our minds. What I mean by this is that our body is used to receiving hormones and chemicals from our brain from situations we find ourselves in. ‘Doing’ often leads to an emotion. Feeling emotions releases these hormones. You may not even know that your body is craving a fight, or the adrenaline that comes with a fight. It is said that by the time you are 35 years old your body has already trained your brain to who you are.
The first step in mastering yourself for that life you dream of starts with knowing you want to, next identify your inner blocks. Many people have different ideas about the How To clear your inner blocks but I believe that like having an orgasm, it’s different for everyone. That being said you should find yourself a teacher who has been there that will be able to help you reach your climax. There are general ideas that most who have been there would agree upon and they include:
change is uncomfortable
fear has many faces
release expectations
quality over quantity
identify triggers
respond instead of reacting
it’s a way of life – practice daily
Let’s explore each of the above in a little more detail.
Generally speaking humans don’t like change. This relates also to fear , fear has many faces because humans often fear what they do not know in today’s society. To help you understand why I’m going to give you an example of how your subconscious mind gets accustomed to doing things one way and some call this our comfort zone. Our bodies become our minds in a way that you can not think to tell someone your PIN number but once you get your fingers working on entering the PIN number it comes back to you.
Maybe you already lived through your own children’s teenage years and now your parents are heading into another stage of life on the planet. You do not have to take this journey alone.
Our subconscious will remember past experiences and work on trying to protect us from those situations ever happening in the future. Our subconscious can sometimes be working against our conscious thoughts. Teach yourself to be fearless and embrace change with childlike wonder. Just on the other side of fear is Joy, practice turning things around in your life.
We can build our self awareness and learn coping techniques, there are many different types of coping strategies that include coping skills. Anyone can practice these coping skills! Are you ready to lower your anxiety, feel relief from stress and live your best life?
Mind chatter is everywhere, learn to let it go. To meditate means to focus one’s mind for a period of time. Focusing your thoughts to stay in one place is like training a puppy. Use kindness, routine and celebrate your wins no matter how small. Looking for your inner self is a journey not a race. Enjoy the present moments and look for the celebration moments. Don’t rush things when you start focusing your mind and you decide to start with 3 minutes or 45 minutes don’t be critical of yourself and release your exceptions.
‘I need a caregiver for the caregiver’ is growing in popularity. There are classes for caregivers available and some can be found for free. Will you value FREE information? This life is your journey and you get to decide where to place your attention and science is proving ‘where you place your attention your energy will flow’. This is where the magic begins but it’s a practice and Now is the best time to start to get serious about making those changes you have been longing for.
If you decide to practice looking within, keep coming back to it for the time you have set aside for doing just that. I mean take away outside environmental distractions by closing your door, closing your eyes or better yet covering your eyes and placing headphones over your ears. This is a practice and so many of us need support during this self journey process, we just don’t see as clearly as an outsider looking in.
We all have choices! Have you ever heard the saying ‘we are what we eat’? There are choices we make and excuses we make up. These are all stories we tell ourselves. Connecting to trusted places to get information matters on so many levels. Do your homework! Dig in and build your guidance system from within. Learn to connect to and trust your Gut Instinct, go for QUALITY. YOU ARE WORTH IT, YOU DESERVE IT, IT ALL BELONGS TO YOU!
Build your self awareness. This is not only regarding things that upset you but also notice what brings love into your heart. While being the caregiver home care many feel like you have No Time to yourself, this Important Step in the journey of becoming that Manifesting Machine of the Life Your Heart Desires can take only seconds a day. There are tools you can use to support this part of the journey and personal support hand picked by yourself can also be key here.
Once we have self awareness we can learn to think and decide what to do rather than react to a situation. Society today lives in survival mode. Our subconscious is designed to protect us. Many caregivers will also be empaths and mastering Responding instead of Reacting can bring a resounding shift in your environment.

People of different size, age or religion have been taking the time to know their inner self. Our subconscious’ are all connected, that’s part of the download you get once you master yourself. You figure out the ‘how to’, have a mentor or coach guiding you and practice daily until you get it right. You’ll know when you get there but it’s not about the destination, it’s about the transformation. The journey never ends, feel good about we never get it done so we never get it wrong. There is always room to master just a little more of ourselves.
