Living life in elevated emotions!


Elevated emotions are more than just Love and Bliss which are two of the highest emotions.

Elevated emotions also include but are not limited to:

honor, dignity, compassion, kindness, wholeness, freedom, joy, appreciation and gratitude.

The purpose of elevating your emotions is to live in the higher vibrations of the universe. The idea is to FEEL the emotion and carry it with you as long as possible. As you become aware that you are no longer in a higher vibration emotion you should choose to find one and try again to hold onto it for as long as possible. This is a practice - not a perfect!

Release any feeling of unworthiness and YOU ARE WORTHY! There is no need to make this difficult, think easy for the heart. Have you ever had your attention on the work your heart has done for you over the years without you ever needing to ask the heart to keep pumping blood throughout your body? This is something to have your attention on and practice the feeling of gratitude.

Identify Emotions

To make this as easy as possible for you I want you to write down 5 things that make you happy. These can be as small or big as you like. For example, I can walk, I can breathe easy, I have a home, spending time with your dog, reading a book, eating. Thinking about this throughout the day and naming 5 things every day can also be a practice.

Now let’s write down 5 things that you are grateful for. This can be things like family members or flowers, it can be technology or communication.

Know the difference between what feelings belong to you and what feelings belong to others. Over time we can often feel someone else’s energy that is near us. This is normal. When we are caregiving we can often feel emotions from the ones we are caregiving for. Becoming aware of our emotional well being is key to creating the life our heart desires. Sometimes as a caregiver we can’t even begin to imagine a better life because our attention is so focused on our loved one’s condition. Remember, where we place our attention our energy goes.


Attention To Heart and Brain


Now that you have identified emotions that have a high vibration I want you to recognize the feeling in your body, especially the feeling in your heart. Where do you have to lead your brain in order to tap into those very personal elevated emotions?


For example, some people will find their highest vibrational emotions from memories as a child while others will find their highest vibrational emotions in dreaming about their future. This is something you should be practicing everyday. It is my opinion that you should change up the thought that allows you to your happiest or highest vibrational emotion. This will teach your brain, will rewire your brain to attract pleasant moments in your life.

The practice is matching the FEELING with a THOUGHT both equaling happiness. Don’t get discouraged when you first start this practice, it is normal for your Mind (thought) to wander into darker thoughts because our Body (feeling) is craving that same old feeling.

Holding onto the Thought and Feeling

Hold onto the feeling of elevated emotions!

Now that you have IDENTIFIED and placed your ATTENTION on your happy place where you can FEEL your highest vibration emotions; it time to practice. Don’t get discouraged. This is a daily Practice! Most people struggle with this to some degree in the beginning. I know people that have been doing this kind of self work for years and will get distracted with mind cluttering thoughts. In the beginning be sure to congratulate yourself for being able to complete these 3 steps if only for 3 seconds. 3 seconds of identifying your emotion, placing your attention onto the feeling and then holding those thoughts and emotions are a HUGE win for you. Just keep practicing.

This is where working directly with someone helps the most. There are also different apps and devices you can use to support this kind of practice. The necessity to find the time is imperative. Investing in yourself should not be inconvenient for you but a priority. Are you looking for wealth and health or fame or maybe you are looking to have a loving family or partner?
