Tools Used to Support Meditation

Meditate meaning to focus one's mind for a period of time. The human mind is an amazing thing, often moving from topic to topic that some call monkey mind. That is a funny term I always thought. There are so many tools available it would be almost impossible for me to mention them all in these few minutes we are sharing in this time. 

Why do you meditate? Do you set intentions? What outcome do you look for from your meditations? I would be happy to get on a call to discuss personally with you. 

Meditating can not be done wrong as it is a practice and we all start in different situations. Our own personal meditation journey will evolve over time. 

Awareness is a key start that will help you during this journey. Noticing the sensations, place your attention on one body part. Breathing with intention. Actually there are focused breathing exercises that have been studied.
